Bill is a good man. He has the heart of a teacher and educates you about your AC and what you need to do to keep it running. The education alone was just as valuable as the work done. Costs were reasonable and honest. Good man. I don't often do reviews, but in this case Bill DESERVES a good review. I wish we had more like him serving the community. In today's world, you can't be sure what you are going to get with a lot of companies and professions - and that is true across all industries and professions. I feel confident that I can rely on Bill Dean's Mechanical for honest and good work based on my experience and character observation. Thanks Bill.
Bill came out first thing in the morning and was the first technician to return my late call Tuesday night. He came out and fixed my Air Conditioner and delivered on his promises and on budget.He is also thorough, he noticed our Water Heater pump was not installed correctly and could possibly break down and release carbon monoxide into our home. He was able to fix this free of charge. I'd recommend and use him and will be my first call for any issues.
We highly recommend Bill for any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC problem. He's done everything we've ever needed done since we bought our house six years ago from installing a new furnace and A/C system to fixing minor plumbing leaks. He's easy-going, honest, extremely competent, and thorough--and provides great customer service.
