This review is long overdue and more than worthy of the five stars. We have been extremely impressed with Banks pools along the entire journey from design all the way through to completion. I can be a bit picky at times, but Hoyt and his team are just as, if not more critical of their own work and it shows.
Banks built our 20x40 gunnite pool in 2023. The process started August 2023 and finished on time and on budget in November 2023, which included our upgrading the type of pool deck we wanted at the last minute. I was super impressed with the quality of communication, the willingness to talk us thru decisions, the design assistance, the referrals to a great landscaping company, and predictability on cost. Best construction experience we have had.
*Retail Store Review*I have had a spa for four years and just recently had a pool installed with a 3rd party installing company. I have been using Banks retail for the four years and now for help managing my new pool. The staff at the retail store are absolutely awesome! They are not pushy, they don’t try to oversell, they simply solve the problem! I recently had a prowler robot vacuum problem. Instead of making me leave it for their repair tech they took a simple step to test in the store. I walked out of the store ten minutes later with a new control box and working vacuum!
