“We had foundation repair done here in Wellsville May of 2022 the guys were very respectful very nice to work with but weren't very knowledgeable about the paperwork. I went out and asked the workers a couple of times while they were here... I wasn't even sure when they were finished. I reached out a couple of times after they had finished and was never able to get a return call I just wanted paperwork specifying what was done and if there was a warranty etc for $15,000. I never was able to get anyone to call me back. I would say make sure you get your paperwork up front. I personally have not crawled around under the house but a family member said they seem to have done a good job. People want paperwork and some type of proof the work was even done . 2/25 I just wanted to give an update. The company did reach out to me and we are working on getting the paperwork to us. So thank you very much. I feel like it was mainly just a lack of communication. I will let you know when I do get the paperwork.“
