First time using this Vet in December to have my dog Toby get his shots and get him scheduled to get neutered for January. He was neutered today. The staff is so friendly and Toby loved everyone. I can't say enough about Dr Rance Erwin. I love that Dr R Erwin called after Toby's surgery and explained everything and went over everything they did. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Vet! Thanks Dr Rance Erwin for taking good care of My Toby.
We had a unique case with our puppy we just adopted from Prairie Paws. Dr Irwin and her team were so thoughtful and thorough and worked with the shelter team, too, to insure our puppy, Gladys, got healthy again.
We've had traumatic experiences with another vet clinic with our last 2 puppies and we really didn't want to go through something like that again. They were so kind and you could tell they really cared - not just about our Gladys but, also, for us & our family.

Trent is soooo amazing this last Saturday my husband and kids had to bring our Mastiff Daisy in and she crossed the rainbow bridge and him and the whole staff was the best and very respectful and explained everything. We appreciate everything you did!
