Was going to a different local vet for a recurrent ear infection my xl dog had and went here for a 2nd opinion. This vet knew how to finally get his ear fixed up! This is now where I will take my animals for care. The staff and Dr have been great! Bentley says thank you!

The doctor & staff are very knowledgeable, friendly & Thorough. Not only did he help me with my cat I brought in. He helped with all my other kitties & German Shepard at home. I'm forever grateful.

Shout out to Oswego Veterinary Clinic for caring about our Boo ?‍⬛ the way they did! They had a horrible surprise with her “simple” spay procedure. They did an amazing job with her! She’s back to normal + more loving ?They called me daily to keep me updated on how she was doing! They gave me hope, comfort, & reassurance! & after she’s been home they also wanted to know how she was doing! They truly care! If they keep this way, we’ll never change vets! It’s so hard to find a good vet!! Dr. Bates & his family are amazing! Blew my mind Jessica remembered my name after only seeing me a couple times! ?
