Holy Moly!! Bill's Septic is amazing! I called at 9:30 am. on a Monday, and the truck showed up at 11:15 am. to pump my septic tank. Polite. Efficient. True to their word and incredibly helpful. I can not recommend or thank them enough. In fact, we have asked them to do some updating to our system and feel safe knowing it will be done quickly and correctly.
I just bought a house in Osawatomie a month ago and have never had lived in a home that had a septic tank. Bill came out and drained my system during the closing process and then explained to me how everything worked. However, I can be forgetful and this morning after all the rain we received, I was leaving for work my and septic alarm was going off. In a panic I called Bill and he called me back within a couple of hours. He walked me through the process of opening the valves and getting it all drained out. Bill's Septic has pumped my septic more than once and recently conducted an inspection for the sale of the property. They are always reliable and timely. Good communication is sometimes difficult with contractors but Bill's Septic Service does a good job.
