This review is specifically for the cashier Taylor (she/her) that helped me on 2/25. She was the nicest and most attentive cashier I’ve had. She overheard me mention i needed to change my name in my rewards account & promptly offered to do it for me, as well as check if i needed to change my email because she noticed it was under my old name. That small thing made me feel so appreciated because changing my name was a big deal for me. Seriously an amazing employee. It’s the little things.
My Mom and I had the BEST customer service experience we have ever had at an Ulta store! Camille (at the Olathe 119th store) went above and beyond helping my Mom pick out several products. My mom has difficulty walking and Camille took it upon herself to run all over the store procuring the items my Mom needed on her list. We both were so impressed with her attention to detail and kindness. Please give her a raise!
