Good company with potential dedicated accounts that pay as good as any company. And it's good for getting experience if you're a new driver or if you have been fired for safety reasons this company will give you the second chance. And as long as you're not late, have no preventable accidents, and do the safety classes every 3 months, you get a raise 3 times in one year to top out pay. Which varies per position. The truck goes 65mph, and they dispatch you with plenty of time, and if not, they will set up a relay. There is no detention pay. And I've heard bad things about the lease side. Layover is 100. All in all, there's money to be made here if you're a good driver.

If I could rate them a 0 star I would!! Look at my past ratings, I RARELY give a bad review but THIS company is horrible. They had my guy come down there, he was the BEST driver there, but since he didn't agree with the mileage change they had originally offered they let hum go. THEN they didn't pay for his hotel and DID NOT pay for his way back!! Not even a BUS TICKET. On top of that, they did NOT pay for his hotel for the remainder of the day!!! How are these people still in business????!!!If they are like this with their potential employees, I can only imagine how they are as vendors for companies....no wonder they lost a contract!!Such shady business practices...read full review

Starting orientation. Not 100% sure yet, but going to try them out.Update 09/15/23I wish I had looked somewhere else for work. This has been one of my bad decisions. The communication is ridiculous. The loads are just enough to pay for the truck, unless you are company driver. Definitely not a good idea coming here for me.Update 10/13/2023Going on 3 months now of having to scrounge for everything. Definitely not what I wanted or intended. You take the safety classes and then have to wait until the 3 month mark to do a review and see if they will give you the $ 0.03 cpm extra for taking the classes in the first place. 2 weeks of discussion about the $500 bonus for staying...read full review
