The Gentleman Plumber is a family-owned company serving the Kansas City Metro area. Kenny and Chandler came to fix a cooling issue, asked a few questions and within minutes the house was cooler. Grant was the NICEST guy ever, professional and courteous, early, and got a new faucet and toilet installed quickly. Kenny and Chandler were amazing and super professional, fixing an AC on one of the hottest days within an hour. Trent was very professional with the install and when talking with clients. Mia goes above and beyond and is very organized. Noah, Brogan & Chris did a fantastic job on a major repair and didn't leave until everything was cleaned up. Between Mia and the technicians, the experience was 5+. Respectful, responsive, helpful and professional.
Kenny and Grant came out to give me a quote on a job a day after I called them. They didn’t charge me a trip fee and didn’t try to sell me a service I ultimately didn’t need.
Unfortunately, the next day I had to call them again for an old hot water heater that quit. Once again, without a trip charge, Grant and Kenny came out, assessed the situation and gave me a fair price on a replacement. They
were able to take care of it within a few hours.
