The haircut was amazing. Cait was great. Engaging and knows what she is doing. The store is why I marked it down 2 stars. First multiple TVs didn’t work. When I went back to get hair washed, no hot towels were ready and she had to microwave towels. Microwave! Then there is the ceiling above the hair washing station. Is that mold? It felt like the ceiling tiles were going to fall on me. Clean up these issues and I might come back.
I have been twice and both times I’ve gotten an amazing haircut from Stacy! The second time was by far the best haircut I’ve ever had she went above beyond my expectations and my confidence is through the roof! If you want the best haircut this is definitely the place to come I’ll be coming here to this location from now on!!
