I have been going there for several years, and the ladies there are polite, friendly, and professional, and they really cut my hair amazingly. I always do the MVP experience to help them out and show my appreciation for them, and leave a tip on top of that. Their app works great, and I can choose who cuts my hair and check-in. No longer do I have to wait in the shop because I know what number I am in the line and they give you an estimated time AND text to your phone when they're ready for you, so I can go in right on time and not wait. Always a great haircut for the kiddos! Book early, like as soon as they open. Slots fill in quickly on the weekends and typically are completely booked up 1 hrs after opening. Weekdays are best for walkins.

I like this place because the stylist I use REALLY knows how to cut hair. Her customer service is excellent, with the head massage during the shampoo and the massage vibrator afterward. I know, this sounds kind of pornographic, but it’s really all on the up and up. And no, I won’t name my stylist because I want to keep her to myself.
