Extremely helpful and friendly. Due to a phone mix-up, I accidentally called the wrong person back and made arrangements for them to come out, when I thought I had called Chad back. When I realized my mistake, I called him to apologize. He went above and beyond for me, offering to let me consult with him over the price i was quoted, and even checked in with me that night to make sure everything was working well. Absolute class-act in every way!
I dread having to deal with AC stuff. It's so hard to find someone reliable and quick to answer the call and make time for you, especially when it is sooo hot. Well Chad and his son are on top of the game. Their business and customers are definitely on the top of the list. They made the time to come out and work on our unit until it was fixed and fixed properly. AND Chad gave me his contact information because he was adamant on making sure everything was working properly into the night and next day.
