I cannot say enough great things about Remodel Masters! We had them finish our previously unfinished basement and we absolutely love the results! The craftsmanship is great. Randy, the owner, is very knowledgeable and was very good at explaining things to us with us being new to larger home improvement projects. We had a competitor tell us that they wouldn't be able to pull permits because of the height of our windows and quoted us over double what Remodel Masters quoted. I thought to call Randy, and he reassured me that he would be able to pull permits to get the work done per code requirements and for much less. Randy C***** directed a 2-person crew for 2 jobs for us in 2021-2022: a complete kitchen remodel and master bath remodel. Both were done to the highest standards possible. Randy was always available to drop by to see how things were going and to see if we had any issues. Many people have complimented his work after seeing photos we made of both finished projects. Randy is personable and really dedicated to ensuring that we the customers are happy about every facet of each project. I cannot recommend Remodel Masters highly enough. Remodel Masters is a business run with integrity and quality with close attention paid to customer service. The company installed the plumbing for all our shampoo backwash units and custom installed drawer hardware on all the stylist stations throughout our salon. The outcome was above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Randy!
