Ed Forshay of New Star Roofing restored our roof and gutters after another company's work failed. Ed showed up immediately after I called. He ascertained the scope of the repair and gave a reasonable bid. He returned after repairs to make sure the water flow was perfect. I highly recommend Ed and New Star Roofing.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We had a flat roof and gutters that had been improperly installed by another roofer and had caused many issues. Ed Forshay came out and did an extensive inspection including aerial photos. He researched a product and even brought in a manufacturer's representative as a consultant before deciding on the best course of action. He uninstalled and replaced the prior gutters. The repairs included changing roof slope. Ed came back on two subsequent occasions to check the work during heavy rainstorms. The repairs have solved all issues and we cannot travel enough about Ed's professionalism and skill. Services: Roof and gutter inspection and repair

The men did a great job and worked quickly too. They did better with clean up than other companies we have done business with. The finished roofs, gutters and downspouts look very nice. I appreciate Ed always answering calls promptly and being concerned about our project. He suggested that we call the insurance first which we did and found out they covered our repair which was a wonderful blessing! I would definitely recommend them,
