Murlen Animal Clinic is a trustworthy and friendly veterinary clinic that provides exceptional care for pets. Dr. Thompson is honest and considers all treatment options, rather than recommending the most expensive ones. The clinic's staff is welcoming and pleasant, making clients feel at ease. The clinic has helped multiple pets, including those with flea issues and pets in pain. The cost of treatment is reasonable, and the clinic does not prioritize profit over patient care.
We lost our 15 year old diabetic boy about a week ago, and once again, these amazing people did not disappoint in a time our family was in crisis. Dr. McDermott went above and beyond, even running from her car into the clinic to help, knowing every second counted as our dog was desperately struggling for air. She, Emma, and Brandon all jumped in and worked on him with meticulous care for two days before we ultimately lost him because his body just couldn't fight anymore. Our family cannot say thank you enough to the amazing Mur-Len team. The entire staff are incredibly kind people who display in action their dedication to the well being of our furry family members.

Dr. Rachel Chall has been taking care of our senior dog Lizzie for the past year since the retirement of Dr. John Bolton. Our sweet girl has progressively declined as she aged and I called and talked to Dr. Chall regularly as we developed treatment plans and began to talk about end of life care. Dr. Chall has been incredibly kind, responsive and caring for Lizzie and our family and has worked her hardest to give Lizzie the best quality of life in her final stages. We finally had to make the hard decision for Lizzie and Dr. Chall and her team were amazing - always compassionate and caring for Lizzie and for me on an extremely hard day. I am incredibly thankful for Dr.… read full review

Sad day but a wonderful experience at Mur-Len Animal Clinic. I had to put my sweet, 11 year old dog (KC) to sleep yesterday. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They did everything I requested. They prescribed meds to help calm KC before even leaving our house. She HATES going to the vet. I asked if we could keep her in the back of my SUV during the procedure so she wouldn’t have to go inside and be scared or nervous. They were able to accommodate my request and were so compassionate! Dr. Chall was so informative, helped me feel good about my decision, and took her time with us. Office manager, Brandon, receptionists, Brielle and Morgan, were so patient, helpful and… read full review
