It was handled with grace and compassion and when I came in for my appointment today, they had replaced the chairs with 2 comfortable couches that I was able to sit comfortably in and get up from. Jessie (hair team lead) and April (make-up team lead) were outstanding! My make-up did not budge, same with hair! Jessie was willing to work with my extensions (even though they were longer than what she recommended bless her!!) and it looked so good! Truly felt the most beautiful I ever have on wedding day!
