KAT has taught our child patience, discipline and how to achieve long term goals. He started at 7 yrs old and he is now 10 and testing for his 1st degree black belt. Great school for kids!

Yes, Yes, Yes I highly recomend this Dojo! My son has a problem with focus and attention and his classes at KAT have helped so much with this along with giving him confidence, discipline, and new skills. He loves Taekwondo.

We've been coming here since April. Parents of a shy toddler, its hard to find something that is fun and engaging enough to get our little one out of their shell. Weve tried soccer, and baseball. No luck. After a few months the improvements and confidence built is very inspiring. The instructors show how much they enjoy their work and are wonderful with the kids. We're very pleased with the growth and are looking forward to getting our youngest involved when they're ready!
