I recently had 15 piers installed an my foundation lifted. The guys were prompt and left the site clean. The lift resolved several sticky doors. The cost was right in the middle of the 4 bids I had. Five piers were installed outside and 10 inside my unfinished basement. The crew did a good job explaining what they were doing.

Norris foundation is the foundation company I trust and so does the Better Business Bureau with their high ratings. They will not do work if you don't need it just to line their pocket books. They have great customer service and their work is guaranteed. I highly recommend this company, Dirk is a knowledgeable person and is kind to the clients.

Our basement had some cracks appearing and water was coming in after heavy rain. We called John Norris Foundation Repair to come take a look. I was worried about major foundation issues that would cost a lot of money to repair. Dirk came to our home to take a look. He was courteous, professional, and very, very helpful. He shared a lot of information about our home I wasn't even aware of and provided tips for taking care of the issues on our own. A lot of home repair companies use scare tactics to try to convince you that you need their service, but my encounter with Dirk was nothing but genuine. I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Dirk and would highly recommend John Norris to anyone experiencing foundation issues.
