I like that I can sign in online and they have my cut-style in the computer so I dont have to explain it every time. The only drawbacks are I have a different stylist everytime so the quality of the cut varies.

Immediately when I walked in I was greeted with “no drinks in here”. They also have signs about not being able to stand next to your children while they’re getting their haircut and only being allowed to stand on the carpet to watch your child.

I brought my 5yo in for a haircut. The stylist was insistent on a store policy that if I wasn't getting a haircut, I wasn't allowed back. So if you plan to bring a minor in for a haircut, don't plan to be able to stay with your child. You'd think they'd at least want me back there to help him stay still/calm.
