Started out just needing a cooling fan based on error message. Called Geeks or Us for help. Told Clyde that my HP laptop was running real slow. He tested it and determined I needed updated BIOS. End result was that these computers come with so may programs running trackers and data reports in the background you don't even know about---they bogged down my machine to where it wouldn't update the BIOS. Ended up getting a new laptop and let Clyde do a professional setup to turn off all those trackers and data reporters. His expertise in technology and repair is next to none.
