I had my glasses adjusted today by Aaron, and wanted to let you know what a GREAT job he did for me; so great, in fact, I will probably be transferring my Eye Associates care from 135th/Black Bob to this great location! Thanks ever so much!
I could not be happier with my eye doctor. She has gone beyond expectations in her care for my needs. She follows up after each test, calls personally to talk about test results and just to see how I’m doing. The office personnel are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Eye Associates of South Olathe and personally recommend Dr Buchbaum. Thank you so much for the professional and excellent care you have provided me. Our family of 4 loves this branch of Eye Assoc. and we have been using them for years. They are always very honest in their assessments and are incredibly helpful when it comes to selecting frames. I’m pretty sure that between the 4 of us we tried on every frame in the store. Ashley was assisting us this time and she was patient, honest, kind and did a great job explaining why certain frames would be better than others. If you have any issues with the glasses just bring them back shortly after acquiring them and Eye Associates will ensure that the necessary corrections will be made. We plan on staying at this branch for as long as they will have us.
