They got the dress absolutely clean and it looked beautiful - just like new! It was amazing. And, after they cleaned it, they texted me so I could look at the dress before they put it in the preservation box. They were so friendly and did an outstanding job! Highly recommend.“

One of the dresses had a broach attached and they offered to take it off, clean the dress, and sew the broach back on for no additional fee! “Most reviews here appear to be from years ago under different ownership, my review is current. They generally are consistent with having the items cleaned by the due date. I feel their prices are higher than most for the service. Wednesdays is a discount dress shirt day, which is nice. I've experienced on more than one occasion having to wait an abnormally long time for them to locate my items in the back and bring them up.I don't like that in the winter they don't care for the parking lot and it's extremely icy and hard to navigate.“
