Chris was professional and took the time to explain why his findings at our inspection was urgent, important, or a low priority. I will definitely be referring him to my friends who need inspections when their under contract. Thank you, Chris!
Chris went above and beyond in being considerate of us first-time home buyers. He answered any questions we had, and allowed us to walk through with him. When the main sewer line had an issue, he immediately told us and asked if it was a deal-breaker (which it was), and ended the inspection there to save us some money.
I highly recommend him as a courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and understanding inspector who is looking out for the buyer.
