The tech was awesome, had a cracked screen and they told me it would be done in two hours. Called 25 minutes later and they were done. I like the warranty and discounts on cases. Would highly recommend.
My son dropped his iPhone and broke the screen. Took it to the T-Mobile store and they recommended taking it to CPR for repair. CPR had the screen replaced in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Very satisfied customer!
There was some confusion and a 1-day delay, with the Allstate people telling me they had sent the authorization to CPR, and CPR insisting that it had not been received.I returned to CPR the next morning, and the repair was carried out very quickly.I found the CPR people to be very professional and knowledgeable, and very personable to deal with.
