Their products perform well, no complaints there. I have a problem with the lack of communication. Reaching out to them is complicated at best. I’ve called more than a handful of times and never got an answer. I’ve left voicemail messages and haven’t received a call back. The greatness of their products are being overshadowed but their lack of customer service. Maybe it’s just my luck that they are having an uptick in business during this time of the year. I hope things are better for future customers.

Thomas at castle creations went above and behold for me I will be using strictly castle from now own amazing customer service if you need a esc and motor castle is the way to go if I could give them more stars I would appreciate everything

castle has been great for me until now....bought a bad product....then got treated like i was an idiot....after several emails back and forth and some phone calls (yes other reviews are correct) if you do ever get an answer its way after it should have been or you were informed it would come. This situation is so bad its the worst customer service i have ever seen from any company in my 50 plus years. i actually pulled all of there products from anything i own. all stickers removed so on.... I cant in good faith advertise for a company. With customer service that is in the 1% bracket. I let this go on for about 30 days. empty promises and bull is all you will get if you...read full review
