The people at this ARC location are very knowledgeable of the workings of the muscles. I have been working out for years three to four times a week but I laid off for about three months thinking I could start back up again after resting. I couldn’t do my regular workout routine with the same weight without pain. They showed me different exercises that helped me get back into my old routine with less weight and I am continuing to do it with less weight increasing it slowly without pain and doing more reps. I am thankful for the help and advice I got from them.

went there after carpal tunnel surgery and trigger release surgery and they helped me get better pretty fast, staff was really friendly and easy to get along with. the therapy i received was great and helped me get back strength i lost. hope i never need surgery again but if i do i would go back there again

Courtney is the one who noticed my abnormality, after 2 doctors examined me. Thanks to her I had my surgery within 2 weeks of her diagnosis and phone call. After my surgery Courtney and her interns gave me the best rehab care I could have imagined. Thanks ARC.
