Kim is fantastic she not only grooms to profection but does it in a loving way. My baby has been groomed by Kim since she was just a couple of months old. She will be a year being groomed every 6 weeks. Thank you Kim

I’ve received such a positive and wonderful experience each time that I’ve taken my pups to get their nails trimmed here! I am so happy to be one of the lucky ones who received this recommendation and no longer have to worry about where to find an efficient and fast groomer! The staff exceeds my expectations and my gratitude is solidified with every visit.

I'm quite sure they don't need a Yelp review because their positive word of mouth must carry pretty heavily but I wanted to voice the amount of gratitude I have for this salon and the wonderful people that work there. I definitely struggled to find a grooming salon around KC that could efficiently and quickly trim my dogs nails between any free time that I had during my work week. What seemed like a simple request ultimately led to me spending more time finding and waiting in the rooms of the salons because most salons don't schedule nail trim appointments. After a couple of bad dremmel attempts (at other salons) that turned my buddies' nails into deadly weapons, I delayed the inevitable and put the salon search on hold. The procrastination led to a split dewclaw on my very active red heeler which the vet needed to surgical remove. While being beyond frustrated at this point and worried that the same thing might happen to our other dog as well, we received a recommendation from the vet clinic about Tender Touch. The nail trims are so fast and easy my particular pups don't even seem to mind it at all! But what truly makes this place a standoutis the overall experience. Each time that I've taken my dogs to this salon, the staff continues to solidify my deep appreciation for how much they care and that to me, is a recommendation worth its weight in gold.
