Troy did a post-offer inspection. He was prompt in responding to our request for the inspection. He was quick to complete the job, extremely thorough and factual in his explanation of the findings. In other words, he was a consummate professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or hire him again.
I had Troy complete an inspection of a house we were purchasing. WOW! He did an outstanding job. Several people (contractors) we have visited about on repairs were amazed on how complete the inspection was. Some commented that they had never seen items that Troy listed, ever checked by other home inspectors. GREAT JOB Troy.
