I love this place …! My husband and I have dropped in a handful of times when we’re visiting family and are just blown away with how friendly Jay (the owner) and athletes are. It’s a tight knit community that welcomed in total strangers! You’ll get a great workout in too!! You can tell that the athletes are constantly improving. We brought our baby with too and they were super accommodating. They make the small place work!! If we lived here, we would ABSOLUTELY join.
This is a special place! Jay has intentionally created a welcoming, supportive community where you can get into great shape, but also connect with amazing humans. I can’t say enough great things!
My favorite gym to come to when I’m in the KC area. Everyone is very welcoming, the owners are great and they just expanded so they have ample space. Pro tip: go to UPC coffee after class for coffee and a breakfast burrito. 😋
