Had some problems with a frankenstein build of a PC I put together and they were the only place willing to really hear me out about my issues and test it with me there to try and diagnose a problem instead of just telling me to drop it off for a $80 inspection or something. In the end I just had a faulty motherboard and got a new one but without the knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding staff I could’ve been dealing with this problem for a lot longer and spent way more than I needed to!
