I went in expecting to need to replace the whole charging port and Walter recommended a thorough cleaning first and that fixed the issue so he reimbursed me the difference. It’s nice to have an honest business person like that and hopefully I won’t need a phone repaired again but if I do, I’ll come back here!

Very kind and helpful. My partners phone screen went black this morning and I had to help navigate him to ihealer. No appointment - just a walk in. The gentleman was super kind, friendly and made time for him so my partner could use his phone for work (which was coming up in an hour). It only took about 15 minutes
Highly recommend him. This is the second time we’ve gone to him for assistance - my partner would leave him ANOTHER great review but Google wouldn’t let him for some reason, haha

I just left Walter, owner of IHealer phone repair and service. He is SO GOOD at what he does. My phone had a cracked screen and a underperforming battery (or so I thought) .
Rather than upsell me, Walter encouraged me not to spend money on a new battery because it was still working quite well, and since it was a 2018 iPhone I’d likely be investing in a new phone soon anyway. Instead he gave me tips on how to extend the life of my existing battery. I really respect that in a store owner.
