CustomEyes is an optometry practice with a new team and a focus on providing quick, friendly, and professional service. Patients appreciate the efficient front desk staff and the knowledgeable and accommodating doctor. The team is communicative, informative, gentle, kind, patient, and genuinely caring, making each visit a positive experience. The practice offers a range of services, including contact lens exams and BlephEx treatments. While some patients have noted that the contact lens fitting fee is high, they generally praise the positive experience and the doctor's expertise in dry eye care. Booking appointments is easy, and patients are able to get in promptly without having to wait months.
I have had severe dry eyes for several several years. Have even had one of my eyes scraped with surgery. I’ve been diagnosed with glaucoma, just plain dry eyes, allergies, etc. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Brill and in one session he’s changed my entire life. Even took my car personally on a Sunday to make an appointment the next day. I used to have to put patches on my eyes because they hurt so badly. I used to have to not go outside to take walks because just the slightest wind would bother them. He and his staff, the treatment he gave me, the eyedrops the advise he gave me six weeks ago, have changed my life! He is the best! I'm a new patient at Brill Eye Center and have been thoroughly impressed with all facets of the practice. I have a somewhat complicated vision case due to prior LASIK and, despite visits to various other eye care centers, I've not seen well through contacts or spectacles for the past two years. Dr. Brill was able to zero in on the right solution for me during my very first visit and I'm now seeing crystal clear in both contacts and spectacles for what feels like the first time in forever. Special shout out to Kevin in the optical shop, who was a tremendous help in tuning my new spectacle lenses to get them perfect. Based on my first experience here, I highly recommend this practice.
