Yesterday was my first appointment and I had an absolutely exceptional experience, thanks entirely to the lady( her name escapes my memory right now, which is part of the reason for my visit) that did my lab work.
From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere was professional yet incredibly warm.
What truly impressed me, however, was how informative and knowledgeable the staff member was. She took ample time to walk me through all of the procedures, explaining not just the process but also the science and the expected results.
