Yesterday was my first appointment and I had an absolutely exceptional experience, thanks entirely to the lady( her name escapes my memory right now, which is part of the reason for my visit) that did my lab work.
From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere was professional yet incredibly warm.
What truly impressed me, however, was how informative and knowledgeable the staff member was. She took ample time to walk me through all of the procedures, explaining not just the process but also the science and the expected results. She answered every single one of my questions with confidence and clarity, making sure I understood all my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
It is clear that the team here is dedicated to client education and transparency. I left feeling completely confident and excited to move forward with a treatment plan. If you are looking for a med spa where the team is both welcoming and expert, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!
Amy does a great job with my always crazy curls, she colors my hair. She is such a delightful sweet down to earth person.
