We had an emergency with our german shepherd and found this as one of the closest hospitals, drove there and they were super fast and attentive. They quickly came out to take us into the room and the doctor explained everything, unfortunately due to his conditions and situation we had to get our baby euthanized, it was a difficult time for us but the staff was very compassionate and did everything they could to assist us. I was told they would call us for the prints and I was not looking forward to going back and remembering that night so to my surprise they mailed me everything and even informed his vet. We highly recommend here and will go back if we ever need to.
Our German Shepherd was severely injured with injuries more extensive than our vet could address so we were referred to KState Vet Health Center. We were informed of the extent of her injuries, within 30 minutes, offered a few options for treatment and before we made any decisions we were given estimates for the worst case scenario, so upfront we knew exactly what we were looking at to help us make the decision for treatment. My fur baby had a complicated case that my local vet was unable to figure out. I was referred to the VHC. Dr. Sebastian at VHC provided the highest quality of care for my dog and for myself. She truly cared about him, finding out what was wrong, and trying to help him in any way that we could. She listened to all of my concerns and went out of her way to be a huge support. I could not have went through this experience without her. I would 100% recommend going to the VHC and especially having Dr. Sebastian. Truly great staff.
