Accommodating and thorough when booking a one night boarding of our two dogs. Decided to also go for baths and ear cleaning. $250 later ? (with a $5 refund because of an erroneous over 50 lb charge on one of our boys). Boarding fee alone would have been a fair price since our boys have to be in the same kennel. Going to lay blame at my own feet for not inquiring about prices for the add ons. Would suggest more transparency with folks on charges but overall decent experience.

The only place I will take my pets. Staff and vets are amazing. The front receptionist is just so welcoming and kind. I’m always greeted with kindness by all the staff. I drive all the way from junction city to Manhattan for our visits and I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. Appointments are super easy to get and I just can’t express enough how wonderful and kind everyone is! They truly love what they do!

We love taking our dog there. Missy is not stressed out when she goes there. The vets and assistants are all friendly and helpful. The receptionists are very friendly, courteous and always make sure you don't need anything else. Missy gets her baths, nails and deshedding done there as well. She comes out happy and relaxed.
