Huge thank you to Kaitlin! I was in town from KC for a board meeting on campus and forgot to pack my contacts. I’m blind without them and it’s not safe for me to be driving with my glasses. Kaitlin was so kind and helpful - getting my prescription from the Olathe office and getting me a trial pair and in time for me to make my meeting. This level of customer support is why I’ve been with the EyeDoctors for 45 years (from Manhattan to KC)!
The staff was very friendly, they worked with me on my perception so it wasn’t to strong for me, so many different selections of eyewear, Patricia was amazing when I was being difficult about what exact look I wants to go for but she was so patient. Highly recommend!
