(Maybe we were both just having a bad day.) anywayyy, Pat was an old school gentleman when arriving at our house to do an inspection. He was absolutely amazing and patient with our circus of animals. Especially my puppy who kept following him around the house “helping”. And that meant the world to me and shows what kind of person he is.
