Chris and the guys at Superior are amazing to say the least. Our home went through a fairly nasty hail storm and Chris and his team were out the next day to check things out for us. They gave my family and I an idea of what damage had been done, and even went as far as to have a member of their team at my home during the inspection with our insurance company during their assessment. This was just the beginning of how the process went. Funny story.!! State farm chose not to pay for a roof THEY insured when my son bought his home.! Ks had 2 hail storms back to back within a few days, pics for proof. The adjuster, 'third party' said it was 12 shingles, yet a wide open hole inside his home had formed, and one company covered the hole with a tarp, great work, but did not fight for the roof repairs. So State farm chose to go with that adjuster and not pay up. I went to Chris, and he had sons roof totally redone in a day, with metal, and THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. Made sure that roof is secure, warranty their work, all the while giving a lower price then other companies. We paid out of pocket due to not fighting...read full review
