I've been here twice. The place is clean and normally busy. I've scheduled my appointments 3 days in advance. This place is normally busy. I have been taken in with less than a 5 minute wait.They have done a very nice job on my pedicure. In regards to my manicure the 2nd time, I felt the dremel was used a little more on my cuticle than I like. However, my nails were prettier leaving the place than when I walked in.

Today I went in for the first time and got a mani pedi and Jen Jen was my lady! She was so sweet! Did an absolute amazing job! 11/10! I will be definitely be going back. The salon was clean. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was friendly.

In the past I’ve had lots of bad experiences with nail salons in Manhattan… then I found Lisa! She has been doing my nails for the past 5 months and I have never walked out unsatisfied. Her attention to detail is exactly what I was missing from past salons. I get dip and they last me over 3 weeks without lifting AT ALL. The staff here is unbelievably friendly and the prices are so good for the quality of service you receive. I recommend this place to everyone :)
