If you are looking for a plumber, air conditioner or heating contractor. These people from the office staff to the technicians are the best. They were recommended by Manhattan Gas and have not disappointed use yet working on our plumbing and air-conditioning.

Pleasantly surprised. As a first time customer, I was pleasantly surprised that a tech was dispatched to help me the day of my call. I appreciated that the two technicians who arrived were well kept and wore shirts/uniforms that clearly identified they worked for Midstate. They were able to maintenance my commercial unit, and updated me on the details prior to leaving so I had some sort of an idea what was needed and don’t just receive a random bill later with no clue as to what was done. Will definitely be using this company again!

Called this morning to report a leaking supply valve to the house. Lisa answered and was able to schedule Brian to repair the valve within two hours. Excellent service and responsiveness.To follow up with my earlier review I am adding that we received our invoice from Midstate and not only was the service provided a five star event, the invoice was also fair and very reasonable. (Checks in the mail, really.) Kudos to the team at Midstate Mechanical, especially Lisa and Brian. Thanks folks!
