If you are looking for a flawless experience in home buying (of any kind), you might need to return to earth and reality. What matters to me is that I'm being told the truth, and the company stands by what it promised.

I knew nothing about buying a home & they helped me every step of the way. When I put a down payment on 1 home, but then found out zoning would not allow it; they transferred it to another home. Helped with paperwork for mortgage & answered any question I had. Can't say enough about their helpfulness.
