No issues with the actual service. They arrived on time and did a fine job. Only “lesson learned” is that I highly recommend having them come out to give an accurate estimate if you, like me, are only doing this as part of your lease move out agreement and want to go with the cheapest option. I was given one estimate on the phone which I took to be a very accurate number but the technician who actually showed up ended up charging almost 25% more than the estimate. I will still give them 4 stars though because after contacting the owner they refunded a large portion of the difference.

GREAT SERVICE!!Had a water line in a carpeted basement spring a leak. Called a couple of carpet cleaners and got recordings. Call Don Holmes and he said he would be right there. He arrived less than 15 minutes later and went to work. Got most of the water up and set up dehumidifiers and fans to take up the rest of the moisture. He came back and adjusted things to completely dry the carpet. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH HIGHLEY RECCOMMEND!!!
