We are very happy with our new home from Greeve construction. We had a few minor issues that were resolved very professionally and in a timely manner. We can’t recommend Ricky and the homes that he builds enough.
We brought a house plan that we had put together. After giving us some feedback Ricky gave us a reasonable bid and we selected him over the other two builders, partially because we felt he would be upfront and honest with us. We were correct. He continued to give us ideas and his subs were really good. They kept the job sight clean and were only slowed down by the weather. Our new home is just what we asked for and his suggestions made it even better. He has remained in touch to be sure to address any issues. We would work with him again and highly recommend him!
