A wonderful experience. This veteran's day I had my hair cut at the Manhattan, Kansas Commons Great Clips. I did not know about the free haircut available to the veterans. A friend stopped by told me about the free haircut option. I called the Great Clips, but they had closed for the day. I sent an email to the Great Clips customer service and was told I would be contacted by the Manhattan Kansas Great Clips; they did contact me to verify my address and phone number. On 17 November 2023 I received a check refund and handwritten note from the Great Clips office in Topeka, Kansas, thanking me for my service and apologizing for the confusion.
