“I had such an awesome experience with Craft Dentistry. First with Leticia who was incredibly helpful scheduling my appointment. Not to mention one of the only dental practices that wasn’t booked out for 6 months! She got me in within a week which was amazing. Tamra was so lovely to chat with and so gentle with my teeth cleaning. Honestly can say it was my most pain free and comfortable experience at a dental cleaning. Dr. Craft is awesome with tons of knowledge. You can tell everyone at this practice cares about their job and their patients.“

“They were able to get me and my 3 family members initial patient appointments all within in a few weeks of calling! After a bit of confusion while making the appointment everything worked out. I have a new to me insurance, so I haven’t figured out how convey the information clearly. Working with all the different insurances people have must be a nightmare! I appreciate that the front office wanted to make sure they accepted my insurance so I didn’t have any billing surprises.
My first visit was very pleasant. Everyone was kind and helpful. They called me back and explained everything that was going to happen during my visit. I believe her name is Cherry, took pictures of my teeth then X-rays! I had never had actual pictures of my teeth, it was so cool to be able to see them from all angles and up close! She was very nice and helped me feel relaxed at the new dentists office. Dental X-rays are always unpleasant for me and she did a great job of arranging the piece in my mouth to cause the least amount of discomfort as possible and left the most difficult part for last. The dentist, Dr. Arrieta was great he did a complete exam and checked my neck and mouth for anything out of the ordinary asked me questions about things he noticed during his exam. I felt that he was very thorough and efficient. My hygienist, Sarah was also wonderful. She asked if I had questions, told me what she was going to do and was very kind. I have trouble with my jaw and can not hold it open for long and she was did a great job of giving me time to rest with my mouth closed then worked quickly to clean my teeth when my mouth was open. She not only worked quickly but did a great job of being gentle. When there was a tender spot she expressed her empathy and tried not to aggravate it further while maintaining a good cleaning. With my first time at this dentist I am happy with how it went.“

Very professional, polite, very upfront about everything before anything begins. I had my first root canal, it was not as bad as I have heard they were. I will definitely continue to be a patient there and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go there!!“

“I usually have a fear of the dentist, but Megan & Dr. Lohrmeyer were absolutely wonderful. I had a deeper cleaning done by Megan. She was gentle, explained the process, and was very personable. She made me feel so comfortable and even offered to take breaks if I was feeling uncomfortable. Dr. Lohrmeyer did a filling on me & also was great and made me feel comfortable as well. 10000/10 recommend!! Thank you Megan & Dr. Lohrmeyer!!!“
