Called them about removing some spots from our carpet and hoped to have them out within the week. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days, even during this busy time. The gentleman who came out arrived on time, looked at the various spots and gave us a very fair price for treating all of them. The largest spot was blood and the smaller ones were grease. I had previously tried to treat them on my own but they were still there. In 15 minutes, he successfully removed them and it looks like new again! He also gave me instructions on what to do in the future if this happens again. We were very pleased with the service, knowledge, and price. Will definitely use them… read full review

They did an amazing job on our carpets! Cleaned and applied a treatment for pet dander. Already made a big difference with our allergies. Their team was quick to respond, kind, and professional. We are happy with the work they did and would use them again.
