We had been having trouble with our furnace in the winter of 2020/2021. The heater was turning off and was not restarting. The house was built in 2009, and the furnace was original to the house. They sent a man who they said was fairly new to the company, and he said that he had cleaned off some elements. We were told that the furnace was good to go. A couple of weeks later, the furnace started to have the same issues. We called. They sent out the same guy. He said he couldn't find a problem. They sent out a more experienced person who said that he thought all of our ventilation needed replacing and was inadequate for our furnace and that we should consider replacing...read full review
