They really deserve a zero.I called last week, explained the problem, and Dustin called back and said they would come early on Tues morning and would call when they were on the way. No one called or came Tuesday. On Wed afternoon I called again and left a message. They get 1 star because the office person did call back and apologize. She said she would talk to them and have them call me to reschedule. It's now Thurs afternoon and no one has contacted me. I am looking for service elsewhere.

Called we had electrical issues with apartment we own, they sent a guy over, took pictures etc said boss would see if double. We.had had this problem on another unit and the Electrican came over and replaced stuff.(they not in business anymore).but Affordable never called back etc.all we needed was a yes or no,, so,we could move on but never got a response. This seems to,be a major problem with contractors, no call back etc

It seems like if it’s not worth their time they won’t do the work for you. The business won’t respond after telling them what work needs to be completed. A simple “we can’t or won’t do that because x, y, or z” would suffice. Take your business elsewhere.
