Both Conner and Lauren were so sweet with Willow when we arrived. Lauren listened to what I was looking for with Willow's paws and hiney and really paid attention as we chatted. In the end I left the rest of the decisions in her capable hands...and we are so pleased! WIllow was happy to see me, but not stressed, and she very much enjoyed the treat bag over the next few days.
